Most of these spots are within walking distance of each other. You can hit several in one afternoon without a car.
Locomotive Runs in Summer
The Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad operates seasonally. Book tickets ahead at oregoncoastscenic.org so you don't miss it.
Pronto Pup Gets Busy
Go early or late in the day. Lines move fast, but the place draws a real crowd on warm, sunny afternoons out here.
The Cedar Trail Is Worth It
It's a short, easy walk. Wear comfortable shoes and go in the morning when the light comes through the canopy.
Garibaldi Is 10 Minutes South
Worth a half-day trip. The marina has fresh seafood, and the food carts are solid. Easy parking right on the waterfront.
